    5G technology employs multiple input/output antennas and smaller transmitters to enhance signals, even around obstacles like buildings or trees. Its key advantage is optimizing available bandwidth for improved connectivity.

    To activate Vi 5G service, ensure the following:

    1. Your Vi phone number is registered in Delhi, Maharashtra, Punjab & Tamil Nadu.
    2. You have a compatible 5G handset.
    3. You are on an eligible plan: 475 pack for Prepaid or REDX 1101 plan for Postpaid.

    Once these conditions are met, you can enjoy Vi 5G in select locations.

    5G service is available only in the cities where you are eligible-Pune and Delhi. It won't be accessible during travel.

    You can switch from 5G to 4G by accessing your handset settings app, then navigating to Connections & Mobile networks.

    As long as you remain on the specified eligible plans, you will continue to receive 5G services. If you switch to a different plan, 5G services will be deactivated.
